Yes. It places ordinary market orders with a fixed stop loss and no grid, martingale or high-frequency behaviour, which is what most firms prohibit. Set risk per trade and the daily loss limit to match your firm's rules before you attach it, and check your firm's own EA policy first.

When price reaches 1R (one times your initial risk), the EA closes 50% of the position and moves the stop loss to entry. The remaining half is managed by the trailing stop, so the trade can no longer turn into a loss while it keeps exposure to a continuation.

Open positions keep their broker-side stop loss and take profit, so protection does not depend on the terminal running. On restart the EA re-reads open positions and resumes management. A VPS is still recommended for signal detection to run continuously.
