What do I need to use your EAs?
You need an account with a broker that supports MT5, a computer or VPS where MT5 can be running while the EA is operating, and basic knowledge to install an EA, load a .set file, and adjust the position size according to your risk plan.
On what instruments can I use them?
It depends on the Expert Advisor (EA). Each listing indicates recommended pairs and assets (e.g., EURUSD, GBPUSD, XAUUSD, indices, etc.) and the suggested timeframe. We always recommend following these guidelines and testing in a demo account first.
Can I use them in funding accounts (prop firms)?
Yes, many Expert Advisors (EAs) are designed to respect typical limits set by proprietary trading firms (daily loss, maximum drawdown, etc.). However, each firm has its own rules, and the final configuration is always the trader's responsibility.
Platform and Requirements
Do EAs work in MetaTrader 4?
Currently, all our systems are developed for MetaTrader 5. We are working on MetaTrader 4 versions for some selected Expert Advisors (EAs), but there is no set release date yet. If you are interested in MT4, please write to us at support@evtradelabs.com and we will notify you when there are updates.
Can I use multiple EAs at the same time on the same account?
Yes, it's possible, but you must manage your overall risk. Multiple systems operating simultaneously can increase exposure and trading frequency. Always review your maximum daily loss and overall position size.
Licenses and payments
How many accounts can I use with each license?
By default, each purchase entitles you to use the EA on a limited number of accounts. Specific terms and conditions are indicated for each product. If you need more licenses, please contact us.
Do you offer .set files or recommended configurations?
Yes, many Expert Advisors (EAs) include .set files as a base configuration and explanation of key parameters. These are not a guarantee of results, but rather a starting point for understanding the system's logic.
Do you offer refunds?
As these are digital products, once delivered, the EA cannot be "returned," so purchases are generally non-refundable. In exceptional technical cases, we will review each situation individually. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
How will I receive the EA after purchasing it?
Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and download instructions. You can also access the EA from your customer account on the website, in your order history, provided you created an account with the same email address you used for the purchase.
Support and Updates
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we offer basic technical support for installation, activation, and questions about general EA parameters. We don't provide personalized financial advice or tell you what risk you should take, but we do help you understand the tool.
What is the support response time?
Our goal is to respond to most inquiries within 24 business hours. We operate on CET (Central European Time) hours, Monday through Friday.
Do you update the EAs over time?
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve stability, or add specific enhancements. When a relevant update is available, we will indicate how to download it and what has changed compared to the previous version.
Do you guarantee results or profitability?
No. No trading system can guarantee future results. Our Expert Advisors (EAs) are technical tools that should be used within a consistent trading plan and risk management strategy. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
