Which symbols and timeframes does Goldfish EA work on?
Any symbol and any timeframe your broker offers. The logic is an EMA 20/50 crossover evaluated on bar close, so it does not depend on a specific instrument. In practice it behaves best on liquid pairs and indices where spread stays tight during the session you enable.
Can I use it on a prop firm challenge?
Yes. It places ordinary market orders with a fixed stop loss and no grid, martingale or high-frequency behaviour, which is what most firms prohibit. Set risk per trade and the daily loss limit to match your firm's rules before you attach it, and check your firm's own EA policy first.
How does the partial close and break-even work?
When price reaches 1R (one times your initial risk), the EA closes 50% of the position and moves the stop loss to entry. The remaining half is managed by the trailing stop, so the trade can no longer turn into a loss while it keeps exposure to a continuation.
What happens if I lose connection or restart MetaTrader?
Open positions keep their broker-side stop loss and take profit, so protection does not depend on the terminal running. On restart the EA re-reads open positions and resumes management. A VPS is still recommended for signal detection to run continuously.
What do I get after subscribing, and can I cancel?
